The Graduate Development Program caters for graduates who want to become the best they can be. During the first two years as a graduate civil engineer/surveyor you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects in locations throughout Queensland and New South Wales, with each graduate receiving individual career development to achieve their goals.
