The project was for upgrade works on the Abbot Point Coal Terminal’s Dump Station Fire Deluge System. The scope of works involved:
- The supply and installation of three pumps
- Electrical upgrade to a 415V substation including underground high voltage supply
- Upgrade of the existing coal conveyor fire deluge system with two new 490kl HDPE lined, metal clad water storage tanks with associated underground and overhead interconnecting pipe-work
- Above ground soft bore and hard bore hydrant connecting points.
