A good start for a brighter future with us counts. To make your supported transition to the workforce smoother, our buddy program ensures seamless onboarding and support for our new graduates.

In addition, our ‘8-week experience’ guarantees fast-track learning in the first few months to prevent new starters from feeling overwhelmed; and coupled with our mentoring program — where you’ll be paired with a senior manager — you’ll have valuable guidance and support throughout your career.

Also, our bi-annual ‘Graduate Development Days’ provide fantastic opportunities to network and learn from industry leaders while building valuable connections with peers and mentors.

Hands-on experience is essential to your success. That’s why our program includes various practical activities that will allow you to apply what you’ve learned in the classroom to real-world projects.

Our graduates are immersed in an ‘8-week multi-discipline graduate experience’ to learn about the industry’s latest technologies and techniques, including sustainable construction practices and innovation.

A bespoke competency matrix guides graduates, mapping out self-identified areas of experience and highlighting skills gaps. The matrix analyses and summarises graduate abilities, desires, and knowledge levels – and helps track your progression to encourage continuous learning and development.

With access to our Learning Management System’s library of over 300 online courses and 100+ external courses, including a Diploma of Project Management, you’ll broaden your skills and knowledge even faster and further.
