SiteCard requires users to create an account to access its core features. Users can request account deletion as part of our privacy commitment.
How to Delete Your Account
To request account deletion, follow these steps:
- Contact Our Support Team: Send an email to sitecard@seymourwhyte.com.au with the subject: “Account Deletion Request”.
- Provide Necessary Information: Include your registered mobile number and a brief request to delete your account.
- Processing Time: Requests are processed within 30 business days. A confirmation email will be sent upon completion.
What Happens After Account Deletion?
- Your personal data and account information will be permanently removed.
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance.
- If you wish to use our services again, you must create a new account.
